audimas.supply website (the “Website”) is operated by UAB “Audimas Supply” (depending on the context, referred to as “Data Manager”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Us”, etc.), which is Your the controller of Your personal data processed on the Website (“Personal Data”).

We process Personal data in accordance with the legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and this Privacy Policy. The Website applies technical and organizational measures to protect the collected Personal Data from unauthorized processing (loss, alteration, disclosure). The terms used in the Privacy Policy shall be understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.

The Privacy Policy applies to the processing of all Your Personal Data when You use the Website, including when You, as a natural person, user or entrepreneur, or as a representative of a business entity, provide Personal Data on the Website.

The Privacy Policy is legally binding on You from the moment You log in to the Website, regardless of which device (computer, tablet, TV, etc.) You use.

By using the Website and providing Personal Data, You acknowledge that You have read and agree to abide by the Privacy Policy.

We use Your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • For business communication with You. We will use Your personal data in the mail or in the communication section to respond to Your inquiries.
  • Sending news and messages, offering our goods and services (or similar) and asking for Your opinion about them (direct marketing). In order to send You newsletters, provide personalized advertisements and promotional notices, evaluate and analyze Our customers, products and services (including collecting Your opinions about products and services and conducting customer surveys) when You have not purchased goods or services from Us (You are not Our customer), We will ask You to give Your consent. Legal basis for the processing of personal data (if You are Our customer) – our legitimate interest to increase awareness of Our goods and brands, promote sales; if You are not our customer and You have given Your consent – Your consent.   • To protect Our rights. Your Personal Data may be used to avoid, make or retaliate against any legal claims or claims made by You, Your agents, Us, our other customers, suppliers for the provision of services on the Site (or to them in connection with the operation of the Site) or third parties, to respond to requests from a court or competent authority. The legal basis for the processing of Personal data is the legitimate interest to protecting Our rights, Our Partners and third parties;

With Your consent and in cases permitted by law (i.e. when You are already Our customer) – and if We have a legitimate interest in notifying You of similar goods and services purchased or used by You, We will send You an e-mail. We will send You newsletters, offer personalized advertisements and offer our products (including in cooperation with partners), offer products, advertisements about promotions, games, competitions, ask Your opinion about Our products and services, and organize customer surveys (for direct marketing purposes).

After entering the e-mail By e-mail address and by clicking ” subscribe “, You choose to receive our offers and agree that UAB Audimas Supply, as the Data Controller, will contact You by e-mail.

For the purpose of direct marketing, We will process Your Personal Data (i.e. e-mail address) received from You.

You can revoke Your consent to receive notifications at any time without adverse consequences. You can do this by contacting Us by email dap@audimas.lt . If You no longer wish to receive notifications from Us, You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each of the newsletters You receive.

You have the right to object to receiving our notifications, in which case We will not be able to provide You with relevant information.

Upon receipt of a request to revoke Your consent to receive Our notifications, We will immediately terminate the processing of Your Personal Data on the basis of consent, but the revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing of Personal Data prior to the revocation.

For the purpose of receiving notifications about our goods and services, We will process Your Personal Data in digital form by any means that ensure secure processing. We will receive Your Personal data from You for sending messages. We may use auxiliary data processors (a company that provides a newsletter service) to process Your personal data.

Based on Your consent to receive notifications about Our Services, We will send You notifications for 3 years from the end of the calendar year in which You gave Your consent or until You withdraw this consent in the manner described in this section of the Privacy Policy (whichever comes first).

WHERE DO WE GET YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?

We obtain Your Personal Data directly from You, generate it while You use our Website and / or We may obtain it from such third parties as the competent state or law enforcement authorities, which oblige us to take certain actions with respect to You or Your Personal Data.

 

TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We undertake not to transfer Your personal data to any unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

  • If You have consented to the disclosure of Your Personal Data to third parties;
  • When We provide services in partnership with partners – Our partners acting as data processors (e.g. data hosting, IT systems support services, marketing agencies that apply their own cookies and their own privacy policies) or independent data recipients (legal advisers). We will only provide to these service providers as much of Your Personal Data as is necessary to provide a particular service;
  • When Personal Data is provided to the competent state or law enforcement authorities or other entities in accordance with applicable law;

We may engage Personal Data processors. The activities and obligations of the data controller shall be governed by an agreement between the controller and the processor, unless the processing is carried out on behalf of the controller in accordance with a legal act binding on the controller or where it is not possible to conclude a separate data processing agreement with the specific service provider (data controller) – in accordance with its publicly available rules (e.g. privacy policies available on the website of a particular service provider). The same rules apply to the processing of data where the processor uses a subsidiary processor.

Personal Data may only be transferred to other persons in accordance with the procedures laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation, other applicable legislation and to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy. Personal data shall be transmitted only to the extent necessary for that purpose. We do not currently transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We operate on a regional basis and may decide to expand our processing of Personal Data outside the EEA (e.g. processing Your Personal Data outside the EEA), which may have different data protection standards. If We transfer and / or store Personal Data in non-EEA countries, We will apply appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in the EEA (e.g. by signing EU standard contract terms). The processing of Your Personal Data outside the EEA will be notified in accordance with the procedure set out in this Privacy Policy.

 

WHAT DO WE DO TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

Personal Data is protected against loss, unauthorized use and alteration. We have put in place physical and technical safeguards to protect all information We collect and process in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  • For business communication with You. Personal Data in the email or in the communication section for 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the correspondence took place;
  • For the purpose of sending news and messages (direct marketing), Personal Data will be stored for 3 years from the end of the calendar year for which You have given Your consent or until You withdraw this consent in the manner specified in this section of the Privacy Policy (whichever comes first);
  • Enforcement of our rights. Personal data is stored during the dispute and for 10 years after the final court decision takes effect.
  • For the purpose of improving the Services on our Website, Personal Data, if collected through cookies, will be processed for the period specified in the “Cookies” section of the Privacy Policy and then deleted or depersonalized.

At the end of the specified period, the Personal Data will be securely deleted so that they cannot be reproduced.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

The data subject (You) whose data is processed by the Data Controller has the following rights:

  • Know (be informed) about the processing of Your data (right to know);
  • Access to Your data and how it is processed (right of access);
  • Require the rectification or, depending on the purposes of the processing of Personal Data, the addition of incomplete Personal Data (right of rectification);
  • Delete or suspend the processing of Your data (excluding storage) (right to delete and right to be “forgotten”);
  • The right to require the controller to restrict the processing of Personal Data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restrict);
  • You have the right to receive the Personal Data You have provided to the data controller in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format and to transfer that data to another data controller under certain conditions (right of portability);
  • To object to the processing of Personal Data where such processing is being or is intended to be carried out with the consent or legitimate interest (except in exceptional cases), including the right to object to the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing;
  • If You believe that We are violating Your rights, You will be able to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.

If You no longer want Your Personal Data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, please contact us by email. email dap@audimas.lt and indicate that You do not consent to the processing of Your Personal Data for a specific purpose.

In order to exercise Your rights as a data subject, You must complete the Application on the exercise of the data subject’s rights. You can 1) sign it as usual and submit it to our office at Raudondvario pl. 80, LT-47182, Kaunas, Lithuania (upon arrival We will ask You to submit the original signed application and Your identity document for verification of identity) or 2) You can sign the completed application with e signature and e-mail it to dap@audimas.lt . Only applications submitted in this way are considered, evaluated and implemented. This is how We verify Your identity and We can prevent unauthorized processing of Your Personal Data. We start counting the term provided by legal acts for the implementation of the data subject’s rights from the submission of the request in one of the above-mentioned ways.

Upon receipt of such a request, We will provide a response no later than one month from the date of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity and number of applications. In that case, We will notify You of such an extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

 

THIRD PARTY SITES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

Our Website may contain third-party billboards, links to their sites and services over which We have no control of. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of information collected by third parties. The Personal Data You post on our social network account is public and accessible to anyone with an Internet connection until We fulfill Your request to remove Your personal data from Our social network account.
